Maria Clemencia graduated from the Master in Public Administration in International Development of Harvard Kennedy School. She has professional experience in private sector development at the Global Indicators Group of the World Bank and IDB Invest. Before joining OVE, she worked as a consultant to support the implementation of financial inclusion projects at the Finance, Competitiveness & Innovation Global Practice of the World Bank. She has also worked for the Organization of American States and in the public sector at the Inspector-Attorney General Office in Colombia. She graduated as a Lawyer and Economist, both Cum Laude from Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá, Colombia.
