Laura is an Industrial Engineer experienced in M&A in the Infrastructure field. Prior to joining OVE, Laura was a strategy consultant at Arthur D Little Spain, where she performed commercial due diligences in the European Telecommunication and Education businesses. She has also participated in the arbitrations for renegotiation of Iberian gas contracts.
Laura holds a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Ecole Centrale Paris and the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICAI) in Madrid. Laura holds an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering, specialized in Electrical Engineering from ICAI, and a license in Applied Economics from the Paris Dauphine University.
