Francisco Andrieu joined the Office of Evaluation and Oversight (OVE) as a Resource Planning and Administration Specialist in 2019 overseeing the Budget, HR, and Administrative functions of the office. Prior to OVE, he worked in the Finance Department (FIN) of the IDB for five years in a similar capacity. Before joining the IDB, he worked at the International Council on Clean Transportation (ICCT) for four years where he managed the accounting and budget functions of the organization. Francisco holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and a Master in Management and Accounting from the University of Maryland.
