At OVE, Damian worked on the evaluation of IDB Invest focusing on the extent to which the Renewed Vision has been achieved to date.
Before joining OVE as Research Fellow in April 2021, Damian worked as National Director of Financing Strategy at the Secretary of Finance within the Ministry of Economy in Argentina. Prior to that, he worked as a summer consultant at the Growth Lab CID at Harvard, based in Albania, and for five years as an Economist in the Investments Office of the Argentine Sovereign Pension Fund (FGS-ANSES). He has plenty of experience working in the intersection of finance, macroeconomics, infrastructure investment, social and housing policies.
Damian holds a Master in Public Administration in International Development from Harvard University, where he attended with World Bank and Fulbright scholarships. He also has a Master in Public Policy from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, and a BA in Economics from Universidad de Buenos Aires.
