Clarisa joined the Office of Evaluation and Oversight in 2022. She has more than five years of experience working in the Peruvian Government, working in different entities: the Prime Minister's Office, the Ministry of Transport and Communications and the Ministry of Education. Clarisa also has experience in international organizations such as the OECD and, more recently, in the UNESCO International Institute for Higher Education in Latin America and the Caribbean (IESALC).
Clarisa holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Harvard University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú (PUCP).
