Andreia C. Barcellos
Andreia Barcellos joined OVE as a consultant in April 2020. Previously, she held several positions at the Organization of American States (OAS) in the areas of security, democracy, and human rights. Throughout her career, she has lived in many regions of the world while working for NGOs, international organizations, and the local government to develop projects on social inclusion and migration. She holds a master’s degree in Peace and Conflict Resolution from American University School of International Service, and a Bachelor’s in International Relations from Unicuritiba. Her main interests are international development, migration, and politics. Andreia is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
