IDB opens Human Resources Service Center in Costa Rica

The Inter-American Development Bank opened today its Human Resources Service Center (HRSC) in San Jose, Costa Rica. The center is the first IDB corporate-wide infrastructure placed in Latin America and the Caribbean and it will allow the Bank to increase its country focus by building organizational capability in its country offices.

IDB launches first Sustainability Review

The first edition of a review that describes the IDB’s progress in promoting social and environmental sustainability in its member countries in Latin America and the Caribbean was launched April 25 at a reception at the Bank attended by government officials, members of nongovernmental organizations, Bank board members and senior managers, and the press.
