An X-ray of the region's young people
Millennials in Latin America and the Caribbean: to work or to study? approaches young people to understand their enigmas and the reasons behind their decisions when the path between school and work divides. This publication describes the main results of a regional project involving over 15,000 youth between ages 15 and 24 in Brazil, Chile, Colombia, El Salvador, Haiti, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, and Uruguay. This publication aims to facilitate the design of public policies aimed at ensuring a better school to work transition for this generation and the next ones to come.
