MICI-PE-2015-0094- Rural Land Titling & Registration Project in Peru - Third Phase - (PE-L1026) – Consultation Phase Report Published.
On October 23, 2017, after consideration by the Board of Executive Directors, MICI published the Consultation Phase Report for case MICI-PE-2015-0094. The report highlights the results of the Consultation Phase, among them the agreements reached by the Inter-Ethnic Association of Peruvian Forest Development (AIDESEP), the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and the Sector Execution Management Project Unit (MINAGRI-UEGPS). The Report also includes a Follow-up Plan to monitor the compliance of the agreements reached by the parties.
It’s important to note that this is the first case processed under the 2014 Policy in which the Parties reach an agreement.
