Summary of the Request
The Request alleged an economic harm from a loan obtained from the Executing Agency, and it is commented that payment conditions were not clearly informed.
Recent actions
On October 7th, 2015, the MICI Director determined that the Request was not eligible as it did not meet the following eligibility criteria: (1) no link can be established between the harm and the operation (paragraph 22.c of the MICI Policy), and (2) there was not a previous contact with Management (paragraph 22.d of the MICI Policy). After notifying the parties, the processing of this Request was concluded.
Past actions
On July 23rd, 2015, the MICI granted 10 business days to the Requester to submit additional information required for the processing of the Request (paragraph 20 of the MICI Policy).
On August 7th, 2015, the Request was registered once the information requested was received and notifications sent to the Requesters and Bank Management.
On September 8th, 2015, at the end of the 21 business day time period (paragraph 21 of the MICI Policy), Management sent its Response to the Request.
