Summary of the Request
The Request describes a potential damage to the Requesters property derived from a possible incomplete appraisal during the expropriation process contemplated by the Project for its construction. Specifically, it is alleged that the final amount offered would not include all the surfaces owned by the Requests and that the price per appraised square meter would be lower than the market price.
Recent actions
On August 12, MICI terminated the administrative process of the Request for the Requesters to establish initial contact with the Project Team and seek to respond to their concerns with them as a first instance. The Requesters were informed about the possibility of resubmitting their Request if they consider that their concerns have not been addressed within a reasonable period.
