The Request describes harm suffered by the population of the area of the Una River Basin generated by constant floods they are experiencing since 2005, and which would be linked to the lack of maintenance of the infrastructure funded by the Project maintenance of the infrastructure works financed with Project funds and the failure to carry out of the complementary works foreseen therein.

On September 21, 2020, MICI concluded the administrative processing of the Request, in accordance with paragraph 20 (b) of the MICI Policy, both to allow the Requesters to contact Management and by not receiving the additional information required within the granted 10 business day period.
