Summary of the Request
The Request raises a series of harm to the quality of life of families located close to the area of influence of the Program. Specifically, it states that the change in the original route of the highway bypass contemplated in the Program would affect various properties, both homes and businesses, located in a densely populated area.
On the other hand, there are possible environmental and health impacts due to the lack of complementary works to the Program in areas that are currently considered to be polluted and that constitute a source of pests and diseases.
Finally, the Request makes a request for information about the construction works and future activities to be carried out by the Program.
Recent actions
On May 21, 2018, MICI closed the administrative processing of the Request as the additional required information was not received within the 10 business-day period granted to the Requesters.
The Requesters can refile the Request and restart the process once they have gathered all the necessary information.
Past actions
On May 4, 2018, and within the five days established in the MICI Policy, MICI granted a maximum term of 10 working days for the Requester to send the information required to continue with the processing of the Request (paragraph 20 of the Policy of the MICI).
