The Request alleges harm in the quality of life of the Requesters by the proximity of their homes to the construction of the highway. It also alleges that the residents’ properties should have been considered eligible for expropriation.
On September 1, 2016, MICI concluded the administrative process given that the additional information required was not received by the deadline.
On August 15, 2016, MICI granted the Requester a maximum of 10 business days to submit additional information required to process the complaint.
