Recent actions
The Request was not registered as it dwelled solely on specific actions of Bank employees, which are beyond the scope of the MICI (paragraphs 19 and 20 of the MICI Policy).
Accordingly, and considering that the Request had also been sent to the Ethics Office of the Bank, the MICI notified the Requester about its decision. The documents were classified as confidential given that they were not within the scope of the MICI and in so doing the processing was concluded.
