FILING A CLAIM WITH AETNA (UNTIL 30/06/23)

Aetna will process any claims incurred prior to January 1, 2023. You have until June 30, 2023, to submit claims incurred in 2022. Any open issues with 2022 claims must be resolved with Aetna.

Aetna has two mobile Apps for easy access to services on your phone or tablet.

The Aetna International Mobile Assistant App allows you to:

HOW TO SUBMIT A CLAIM TO AETNA INTERNATIONAL

When you are ready to submit your claim, just log into the Aetna International website from your computer, smartphone, or tablet.

Click “My Claims” then select “I want to make or verify a claim”
Click on “New Claim”.
Fill out all required fields of the online claim form. If available from your user profile, the claim system will auto complete some information. Please verify its accuracy and update your profile if necessary.
Scan or photograph your receipts or other supporting documentation and upload them.
Submit your claim.
Retain your claim “reference tracking (UAG) number” for tracking purposes.
