Virtual Congress is a web platform that connects the legislative branch with citizens. The platform makes it easier for citizens to become informed about bills and to participate in public debate and in the drafting of laws. With measures to COVID-19 including quarantine and remote work, virtual interaction between citizens and legislators becomes even more relevant. This tool offers congresses technical support to continue functioning during the health crisis while maintaining legislative activity and building a dialogue with constituents.
