Strategic pillars and lines of action

The Plan of the Alliance for Prosperity was structured around four strategic pillars: (i) fostering the productive sector, (ii) developing human capital, (iii) improving citizen security and access to justice, and (iv) strengthening institutions and improving transparency. Lines of action have been defined to guide efforts in priority areas within each pillar.
