Alberto Wray
Alberto Wray has served as a Judge of the IDB Administrative Tribunal since 2014.
An Ecuadorian attorney, he is an International Counsel at Foley Hoag’s Washington D.C. office. His practices focuses on international litigation, representing sovereign states particularly before international arbitration tribunals.
A trial lawyer with extensive experience, Alberto Wray served as judge of the Supreme Court of Justice of Ecuador. He is also a well-known academic who have taught law for over thirty years and has published extensively (on matters of Ecuadorian law and international law).
