The objective of the technical cooperation is to support ChileCompra in improving the efficiency and transparency of public procurement spending through the strengthening of the State's public procurement system. The specific objectives of the program are: 1) institutional strengthening for the new challenges associated with the reform of the procurement law and 2) collection of data and indicators necessary to establish baselines and comply with the monitoring and evaluation of the reforms of the procurement system.
