Jamaica
Updates From the LAC Health Accounts Steering
Committee
August 2002 Jamaica has had at least three prior health
accounts studies: a 1993 study by Boston University, a Baseline
National Health Accounts (BNHA) study developed by the Ministry of Health, and a revision
of the BNHA by Barents Group, LLC. These studies have
largely been financed through IDB projects. Jamaica is also one of the
countries included in the PAHO Caribbean Health Accounts Initiative.Submit
