Bolivia

The purpose of the project is to support the government of Bolivia to establish the foundation for dialogue to achieve national consensus on the main socio-economic problems, identify priorities in a participatory fashion, and agree on the design of the estrategic guidelines for implementation.

The expected results of the pilot operation are: i) to produce an appropriate methodology to identify the relevant social stakeholders to carry out dialogue; ii) to develop a estrategic agenda between the government and representatives of civil society; iii) to formulate a methology that systematizes the processes of constructive interaction between these instances in order to achieve a viable framework for action for the dissemination of public policies; and iv) the institutionalization by the Vicepresidency of a mechanism that coordinates the international cooperation in the issues of governability.
