The general objective of the project is to support the profundization of the dialogue between the State and the institutions that represent civil society in order to promote social concertation on state policies that will define long-term national objectives. The specific objectives of the Project are: i) deepen the National Dialogue to generate state policies in specific areas; ii) to expand the processes of dialogue to the nine departments of the country with the participation of the departamental governments and civil society in each of the regions; and iii) help create the conditions for the coordination and rationalization of the State's actions, of the political system, and of society in the issues related to the State policies.
