Violencia Doméstica: Intervenciones para su prevención y tratamiento

This publication brings together information on promising interventions to prevent domestic violence, which stem from pilot projects carried out under a technical umbrella on the issue. The projects covered the following prevention and treatment topics: communication, masculinity, national plans, indigenous communities, shelters, telephone hotlines and training for judges. The publication describe project implementation, cost and lessons learned, emphasizing operational questions and providing the basis for replicating the projects.
This publication comes as a result of a joint effort of the IDB and the governments of Finland, Sweden and Norway.
