Dulce Maria Pereira
Brazilian ambassador and former Director of the Palmares Foundation Cultural Foundation, responsible for the coordination of Portuguese-speaking countries

Ms. Pereira is currently the director of Foundation Palmares, a government organization devoted to promoting women of African descent in Brazil. She directs and anchors the radio show, "The Black World: Brasilamefricaribe" and is the owner of VENUS Cinevideografia. She serves on the inter-ministerial working group for the valorization of black people. She has worked on city planning in the Ministry of the Interior.
