Operational Guidelines



The M&GPR Fund operates in compliance of a set of Operational Guidelines approved by the Technical Review Committee. These guidelines establish, among other procedures: eligible beneficiaries, countries and activities, project selection criteria, procedures for submission, approval, monitoring and evaluation of projects, Fund management and TRC roles and responsibilities, reporting to the donors, and coordination with the World Bank. These guidelines could be revised by the TRC when pertinent.
