Brown Bag Description

Following up the Disability Agenda event at the IBD of last week, this Brown Bag intends to show a local-level initiative on the Rehabilitation and Labor Markets insertion of persons with disability. After a brief introduction on the labor market participation of persons with disability in Brazil, Ms. Leda de Azevedo, president of FUNLAR-RIO, will share with the audience a presentation about FUNLAR's program on inclusive labor markets and skills training for persons with disability.

FUNLAR, a Rio de Janeiro Mayor's Office Foundation, dedicated to Social Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities, facilitates contact between persons with disability and companies in providing valuable experiences for both parties.
