A number of rooms have been set aside for the period of 9 to 11 November, 2003, at the following hotels. These rooms will be kept available until October 17, 2003. Accordingly, participants are urged to make their reservations directly to the hotel. When making the reservations, please request the "SDS/IFM - Inter-American Development Bank blocked rooms." We cannot guarantee that rooms will be available at this particular hostels or the prices indicated bellow. Participants are responsible of their own hotel expenses.
