As a Participant at the United Nations Fourth World Conference on Women in Beijing in 1995, the Inter-American Development Bank pledges its full support to the Platform for Action adopted by the Conference.
In preparation for the Beijing + Five Review called by the United Nations, the IDB proudly released this report which highlights the Bank's actions in three critical areas emphasized by the Platform: women's leadership, domestic violence, and mainstreaming of gender issues.
