This seminar, which finalizes a series of regional consultations on labor market issues organised by the IDB was co-sponsored by Fundación Novum Milleniun and financed by Fundación Tinker. It took place in Buenos Aires on the 19th and 20th of September 2002 and consisted of a technical meeting with representatives of the governments, the business sectors and labor unions of the Southern Cone countries, as well as international experts on labor markets.
