Financiamiento y gasto en respuesta al VIH/SIDA

This paper identifies trends in funding for HIV/AIDS programs in Latin America and the Caribbean and relates these to intervention needs as defined by HIV epidemiological prevalence. It also identifies trends in national and donor funding and the priorities for funding by source of funds. It reviews expenditure patterns on HIV/AIDS by public, private and NGO sectors, identifying differences in funding priorities by program area and populations served.
