Action Plan for Combating Social Exclusion due to Race or Ethnic Background

I am pleased to share with you the second IDB Action Plan for Combating Social Exclusion Due to Race or Ethnic Background prepared by the IDB's Interdepartmental Technical Working Group on Social Inclusion (TWG).
The Plan presents specific recommendations on activities and products that involve all of the Bank?s departments and look to give continuity to existinginitiatives and themes presented in the first Action Plan (May 2001).
This second Action Plan proposes to guide the IDB?s social inclusion agenda and establishes goals and activities to be completed by December 2003.
