Performance Indicators for Justice Projects

Juan Enrique Vargas and Christopher Stone, leading figures in the design, generation and monitoring of performance indicators in the justice sector, led a workshop in order to increase understanding of how to design and choose indicators for justice projects. In the workshop information was provided on the type of statistical data that exists in Latin America and the Caribbean, how justice projects can contribute to the generation of more useful statistical data, as well as what kinds of indicators work most effectively for evaluating project impact.
