It suggests best practices for MFI leasing and lending programs: how to lease and lend for equipment. It gives policy recommendations for governments and donors. All of this is done with reference to mainstream microentrepreneurs, that is, those microentrepreneurs needing approximately $50 to $2500 to purchase equipment.
