Trust fund resources financed 58% of all IDB technical cooperation projects in 2005. Guatemala, Brazil, Colombia, and Mexico rounded out the top five recipients. Program-driven funds finance technical cooperation projects with a programmatic focus such as poverty reduction, social inclusion, and information and communication technology.
