JA-T1033 : Reliant Communications Expansion Project
| Project Description: This TC will provide partial funding for contracting a comprehensive study that will serve as a technical basis for developing a telecommunications expansion project in Jamaica, as well as for evaluating IIC's prospective equity investment in the project. The scope of the proposed study will be divided in two phases. Phase one will review market risk factors inherent to the telecommunications sector in Jamaica and will provide a set of recommendations regarding IIC's investment decision. Phase two of the study will focus on assessing the risks inherent to the company and the proposed expansion project. |
