| Project Description: The specific objectives of this Technical Cooperation: are (i) to prepare a technical study that determines how to water infrastructure will be developed to reduce the consumption of water in the PTA plant; (ii) to prepare a technical study that determines how the energy infrastructure will be built to recycle sludge and convert methane gas into energy, promoting energy efficiencies in the PTA plant. |
