The Legal Department is headed by Mr. J. James Spinner, General Counsel. The Law Librarian forms part of the office of the General counsel. The Sovereign Guaranteed Operations Division, the non-sovereign guaranteed Operation Division, and the Corporate legal Affairs division are the three other units which make up the department. ional Office, the Legal Private Sector Office and the Operational Division. |
