Columbia University
School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) and the Research
and Learning Departments of the Inter-American Development Bank
(IADB) have developed an Executive Course on International Financial
Issues in Emerging Markets, offering both analytical and quantitative
tools for policymakers from emerging market governments as well
as international financial institutions, based on state-of-the-art
emerging-market knowledge. The program will take place at Columbia University , New
York , on April 26-30 and will be led by a world renowned faculty.
Candidates worldwide are welcome to apply. IADB will offer tuition
waivers to up to 15 policymakers from Latin America and the Caribbean.

design and implement macroeconomic and financial policies in a cohesive
