The Office's Business Information Officer, Mr. Masahiko
Ishida, will participate at development assignment
program at the Office of the Multilateral Development Fund
(MIF), at IDB Headquarters, starting as of March 1, 2007.
Mr. Ishida will be replaced by Mr. Min-Ho Yoon
, a Korean professional who has been working at JCIF and at
several universities in Japan and who has a sound academic
training and work experience in engineering and management.
