This course, intended for organizational practitioners, introduce a framework for analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of an organization in relation to its performance. Beyond the general assessment framework, the course provides methodological tools and support for those interested in using it as a template for carrying out organizational assessments. What does the IDB's Organizational Analysis Course Cover? The course consists of five lessons and a final mastery for obtaining a certificate of completion from the IDB. The lessons will cover the operational environment as well as organizational capacity, motivation, performance and assessment.
