The Technical Advisory Services Unit of INT
has the following general priorities:
• |
review & facilitate information flow in
and out of the Manger's office;

• |
prepare the Departmental Budget for approval by the Board
of Executive Directors; |
|
|
• |
supervise budget execution; |
|
|
• |
prepare individual consultant contracts and authorize consultant
payments; and |
|
|
• |
manage all staff and consultant logistical and administrative
support and liaise with other Departments regarding INT's information
technology needs. |
