Call for knowledge sharing pilot projects
The IDB's Multilateral Investment Fund (MIF) announces a call for proposals to provide financial support to knowledge sharing pilot projects aimed at replicating and scaling up MIF successful projects in Latin America and the Caribbean. The MIF aims to promote knowledge management through learning communities and to contribute to the development of its partner institutions in the region by leveraging the wealth of knowledge accumulated by executing agencies. > Read more

The IDB’s Multilateral Investment Fund (MIF) and the Lima Stock Exchange (BVL) have launched a program to encourage mid-size companies to access the Peruvian capital market through the stock exchange. > Read more

Responding to the Caribbean food crisis
At the CARICOM Heads of Government Conference, IDB President Luis Alberto Moreno said that the IDB and the Caribbean Development Bank are studying ways of reducing food prices in the region through an in-depth assessment of cost structures and options for strengthening regional food production clusters. > Read more
