The Section is responsible for all Loan and Technical Cooperation accounting, billing and collection functions. In addition, the Section supports borrowers with the training required for the timely and efficient servicing of the Bank's loans. Other Loan Management functions include calculation of the Bank's Daily Unit of Account Value and preparation of internal and external financial reports, including the Statement of Approved Loans and Debt Service Projections. The Section publishes Loan Charges and interest rates for the following financing alternatives: Currency Pooling System Adjustable, Currency Pooling System Adjustable Converted to Libor Based, Single Currency Facility Adjustable, Single Currency Facility Libor, Single Currency Facility Adjustable Converted to Libor Based, Dollar Window Adjustable and Dollar Window Fixed at Disbursement.
