Organizations wishing to distribute their publications at the IDB's Annual Meeting 2001 should forward one copy of their publication(s) to Santiago Real de Azúa in the Office of External Relations at the IDB's Headquarters before March 1, 2001. The Bank reserves the right to decide which publications to distribute to its Annual Meeting participants. After approval, publications for distribution at the Annual Meeting should be shipped to:
Each organization is responsible for all the shipping costs. Publications must be placed by each organization on distribution tables throughout the facility. The distribution of marketing materials or posting of commercial signs will not be permitted. All publications must be received at the Convention Center by March 13, 2001.
