Organizations wishing to distribute their publications at the IDB's Annual Meeting 2000 should forward one copy of their publication(s) to David Smith in the Office of External Relations at the IDB's Headquarters in advance of that event. Advance copies should be sent to 1300 New York Ave., NW, Stop B-550, Washington, DC 20577.
The Bank reserves the right to decide which publications to distribute to its Annual Meeting participants. After approval, publications for distribution at the Annual Meeting should be shipped to:
Shipments must include inside delivery. Publications will be placed on distribution tables throughout the facility. The distribution of marketing materials or posting of commercial signs will not be permitted. All publications must be received at the Convention Center by March 22, 2000
