Press Registration:
The Press Room in New Orleans will begin operation on Thursday, March 23, in Room 288 of the Convention Center.
Members of the press are to register at the registration desk located in the Convention Center Hall.
Journalists may pick up press passes for the meeting upon presentation of press credentials (with photograph) or a letter from their news service stating that they have been assigned to cover the meeting, according to the following schedule:
Wednesday, March 22 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Thursday, March 23 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Friday, March 24 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Saturday, March 25 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Sunday, March 26 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Monday, March 27 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m
