Conditions for cancellation of reservations: Any change or cancellation in hotel reservations must be made in writing to DMI. The following conditions will apply for cancellations and changes: Up to December 15, no cancellation fees will be charged. From December 16, to January 14, a one-night deposit will be charged. After January 14, a two-night deposit will be charged. Up to March 1, date and name changes may be made at no cost. Beginning on March 2, US$25 will be charged for any change.
