Requests for reservations must be received by SOCFI no later than January 15, 1999. Any rooms not reserved by that date will be released from the blocks originally set aside for the Bank. While SOCFI will continue to accept reservation requests after this date, it cannot guarantee that rooms will be available.
Conditions for cancellation of reservations:
Any change or cancellation in hotel reservations must be made in writing to SOCFI. The following conditions will apply for cancellations:
On individual reservations:
— Up to January 10, 1999, no cancellation fees will be charged.
— From January 11 to January 31, 1999, a one-night deposit will be charged.
— After January 31, 1999, a two-night deposit will be charged.
SOCFI reserves the right to assign a hotel of a different category if the hotel originally requested is full.
