Accommodations: Government delegations
The Bank has selected the firm Gema Tours as the agency responsible for all matter relating to accommodation for government delegations. A number of rooms
and suites have been set aside for the period from March 11th to 19th, 1998, at the Hilton, Inter-Continental, Santa Clara, Las Américas, and El Caribe hotels.
These rooms will be kept available only until February 16th. Accordingly, participants are urged to make their reservations directly with Gema Tours as soon as
possible. After February 16th, Gema Tours will continue to take room reservations but cannot guarantee that rooms will be available at these particular hotels.

Requests for reservations must be received by Gema Tours no later than February 16th, 1998. Any rooms not reserved by that date will be released from the
blocks originally set aside for the Bank. While Gema Tours will continue to accept reservation requests after this date, it cannot guarantee that rooms will be
available.
All hotel rates include value-added tax of 16 percent. Breakfast is not included except at hotels where the rate is all-inclusive (indicated by the symbol ).
Reservations can be confirmed only upon receipt of payment in full.
All payments must be by bank transfer.
Gema Tours must be notified of any changes in hotel reservations or cancellations. Hotels should not be contacted directly.
Changes or cancellations may be made without penalty up to February 5th, 1998. After that date, however, the hotels will make no refunds.
All hotels require a minimum four-night stay.
Gema Tours reserves the right to assign a hotel of a different category if the hotel originally requested is full.
Other services
Mail
Participants should have their mail addressed to them at their hotels. In case of emergency, however, any urgent communication the Bank receives will be forwarded to the addressee provided the Secretariat has been advised of the hotel where the person is staying.
